Our observation included 116 patients with CLL, of which 48 were newly diagnosed patients, 34 patients with immune complications, and 34 patients who received either bendumustinе in monotherapy or in combination with other antitumor drugs. Aim of the study: determination of the complex of prognostic factors for chronic lymphocytic leukemia disease course with the purpose of further treatment strategy stratification depending on the individual features of the patient. Methods of investigations: clinical, cytological, histological, immunophenotypic, cytogenetic, radiometric and immunoenzymatic investigations and statistical analysis. The frequency, peculiarities of clinical and haematological symptoms, morphological characteristics, immunophenotypic signs of malignant cells of the tumor substrate are established. Features of immune complications in CLL, analysis of prognostic significance of the level of expression of ZAP-70 and beta 2 microglobulin, the effectiveness of treatment with bendumustinе in different therapeutic regimes have been also characterized.
