The purpose of the research work is to develop a scientific and technical complex of methods and principles of the technology of designing of adaptive multifunctional systems (AMS) by the example of sewing clothing with extended application possibilities and evaluation of the its effective influence on the physiological and mental states of the human being. Systemic and integrated approaches were used in the research process. Methods of research: theoretical and practical bases of designing clothing, methods of anthropometry, mathematical statistics, computer and information technologies, psychological theoretical and empirical methods of stress diagnosis, instrumental methods for assessing the psycho-physiological and functional states of the human body with the help of hardware-software diagnostic complexes ROFES and Intera-DiaCor, methods of energy information wave medicine. The results were processed using mathematical statistics methods and SPSS 17.0 application package. In the research work: the concept of AMS technology was developed for designing clothing with extended application possibilities, which consists in the choice of environmentally friendly materials and means of expanding the clothing functionality; the assortment of adaptive multifunctional clothing with the extended application possibilities is defined: the undershirt, the underpants, the gloves, the wristband and the headdress, in which take into account the features of interaction in the "man-clothing-environment" system; the ways and methods of use of the means of influence with therapeutic and prophylactic information to biological active zones of the human body have been developed in order to obtain the desired corrective (therapeutic and preventive) effect; the methods of assessing the impact of adaptive multifunctional clothing on the physiological and psycho-emotional state of the human body have been developed, used psychological questionnaires and hardware-software diagnostic complexes ROFES and Intera-DiaCor; the rational constructive and technological solutions of multifunctional clothing are determined; the samples of adaptive multifunctional clothing have been developed and manufactured, and their efficiency has been explored. Results of research work: the comprehensive methodology for maintaining the positive psycho-emotional states of the human body during extreme activity is developed. It including, among other things, the use of adaptive multifunctional clothing for improves the professional efficiency of the person; the method of designing multifunctional clothing is developed, which consists in placing means of influence in the clothes in the areas that are projections of biological active zones of the human body. It allows corrective influence on the psycho-physiological and functional states of the human body; the recommendations for the selection of materials and technological methods for processing multifunctional clothing with the influence means are developed.
