It was established that the appearance of a FMS wave in a magnetospheric plasma leads to the generation of Alfven waves with a discrete spectrum that resonate with this wave. In the framework of the hydrodynamic model, the peculiarities of the propagation of acoustic-gravity waves in the regions of the polar circulation of the Earth's thermosphere are investigated. The obtained results are in good agreement with the data of measurements of AGW parameters in polar regions on the Dynamic Explorer satellite.
