Methods of research - the theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the work of leading domestic and foreign researchers in the field of bacteriology, biophysics and biology and veterinary medicine. In the process of research, the following methods were used: epizootiological (epizootic monitoring), microbiological (carrying out of bacteriological research, study of biological properties of microorganism agents), serological (hyperimmunization of donor animals), immunological (preparation of specific diagnostic sera and immunoglobulins, development of technology for the production of FITC-labeled immunoglobulins ) and biophysical (development of immunosensor test system for rapid diagnosis of pathogens of bacterial infections of animals). The value of the results obtained is that the authors developed immunosensor diagnostic test system of the express method of diagnosis of socially significant bacterial infections of animals in Ukraine. The analysis of P. aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli in model solutions and real samples was carried out. The specificity, selectivity and correctness of the immunoassay of PPR were determined. Established in the study of real samples, the data obtained by the classical microbiological method by the sieve and using the immunosensory analysis, did not contain a high probable difference. The results of determining the concentration of P. aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli in real samples confirm the correctness of the use of the express method and the need for its introduction in practical conditions.
