The purpose of the study, the development of scientific foundations for the formation of nanostructured elements in sprayed coatings due to pre-recrystallization heat treatment and electropulse action. A theoretical and experimental study of the feasibility of forming thermal coatings from metals and alloys with nanostructured elements by pre-crystallization heat treatment is performed. The effect of gas dynamic and thermal deformation factors on the size of subgrains of thermal coatings after sputtering and subsequent pre-recrystallization heat treatment is studied. The analysis of scientific and technical information on the possibilities of grinding the structure of thermal coatings due to electropulse action is carried out. The optimum amplitude-frequency parameters of the high-voltage electropulse action for obtaining the crushed structure of electric and plasma coatings were chosen. The choice of optimal temperature and time parameters for the pre-crystallization heat treatment of coatings sprayed using an electropulse action on a heterophasic high-temperature jet was also carried out. The results of the research are generalized and technological recommendations for the development of highly efficient technological processes for the production of sprayed coatings with increased physical, mechanical and operational properties are developed. Experimental studies were carried out by modern methods: optical and electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, computer-assisted metallography, high-speed digital photography, mechanical testing, etc. The processing of the results was carried out using modern methods of mathematical statistics using a PC. The development of methods for predicting the physical and mechanical properties of sprayed coatings was carried out on the basis of a systematic approach, including mathematical modeling methods using modern methods of experiment planning, probabilistic methods, and supported by the results of experimental studies. The results of the project create the scientific basis for the production of sprayed coatings with increased physical, mechanical and operational properties, which is achieved by the formation of nanostructured elements by pre-crystallization thermal treatment and the use of high-voltage electrical impulses during the spraying process for shipbuilding, electrical engineering components and agricultural machinery components.
