Towards the direction "Institutional factors of the market environment development": First time: - concept forming a system of technological entrepreneurship with the purpose of developing markets innovative goods has been developed, which consists an advanced conceptual-categorical apparatus in terms of providing definitions of the concepts "technological entrepreneurship"; "Technological Entrepreneurship System" (TES); "Innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship"; principles of construction of TES, criteria of its performance, basis, elements and interrelations between them; methods and mechanisms ensuring the functioning TES; - methodological foundations to the research potential technological entrepreneurship in Ukraine including two hypotheses, methods of scientific knowledge, assumptions about them, principles of construction and methodical approach to assessing the level of innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship on the basis of integrated indicators; - methodical approach to the selection of priority markets innovative products for the construction an of effective system technological entrepreneurship on the basis of the proposed methodology establishing interconnections between the elements of the technological entrepreneurship system and the institutional basis with the priority markets for innovation products; - method for assessing innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship which based on the methodical provision of the generalizing integral index of the level innovation potential of technological entrepreneurship and the formed database for its calculation.
