Subject of research - radio frequency information devices based on R-L-, C-negatrons. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of radio frequency information devices, namely, to increase the speed and noise immunity through the use of immitance and optoimmitance logic elements, elements of two-valued, multi-valued, neural and fuzzy logic, R-, L-, C-negatrons, multiparameter generalized immittance converters. The study uses methods based on: the theory of complex numbers, the theory of matrices in the circuit engineering methods for the construction of mathematical models, the theory of stability for determining the stability conditions on the basis of dynamic negatrons, the theory of sensitivity to determine the sensitivity of the characteristics of information devices to change the parameters of the elements of the scheme . Computer simulation was performed using software packages MathCad, MatLab, MicroCap, OrCad PSpice, Microwave Office. The following main results were obtained: 1. Passive immitance logic elements and L-, C-negatrons are analyzed. A classification is developed based on the principles of work, technology of manufacturing, frequency range, power consumption. The existing mathematical models are analyzed, their limitations and disadvantages are determined. 2. Schemes and mathematical models of passive immitance logic elements are developed. The research of L-, C-negatrons on operational amplifiers was conducted. The schemes and mathematical models of L-, C-negatrons on operational amplifiers are developed. The schemes and mathematical models of information devices based on passive immitance logic elements and L-, C-negatrons are developed. 3. Experimental data of research of passive immitance information devices and elements based on R-, L-, and C-negatrons on multiparametric generalized transducers are given, which allowed to assess the adequacy of developed mathematical models.
