The purpose of the project is to increase the reliability and adequacy of the decisions taken, the quality and effectiveness of the professional duties of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFS) by creating a new class of information technologies: problem-oriented intellectual optical technologies for managing human activities in extreme conditions. Subject of research and development - methods, models, algorithms and information technology of low intensity light stimulation and correction of FS of soldiers of the Armed Forces. Means of research - in the first stage, hardware-software tools of their own development were used, focused on conducting research on topics similar to those specified in this request and report, which were developed according to the module-complex principle, according to which, the nodes and blocks included in its structures can be used as separate for diagnostics, stimulation and rehabilitation of human FS, and in aggregate in a single hardware and software complex, which can serve as the basis for the design of information technology low-intensity Sharp light stimulation and correction of FS of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Equipment used - integrated hardware and software complex for personnel testing: photon matrix "Barva-Flex"; optoelectronic diagnostic complex for the determination of microtructural changes in eye conjunctiva; complexes "Psychophysiologist" and "Multipsihometer-01" and others. The study of the laws and mechanisms of action of low-intense light radiation, which confirmed that the same radiation (wavelengths) depending on their own parameters, the functional state of the soldier and the conditions of the environment can cause both negative and positive changes in the functional state of the soldier. The experimentally proved the effectiveness of complex correction of the functional state of soldiers by combinations of audio, video and tactile influences, which determines the performance of professional activity at all stages of production activity. The developed physical-mathematical model of the propagation of optical radiation in biological objects allows taking into account changes in the intensity of optical radiation, depending on the angle of the sensor installation, the thickness of the bioassay and the wavelength of the radiation. A model of the system for the diagnosis of cognitive functions of a person is developed for the tasks of professional selection, which provides a comprehensive analysis of the cognitive sphere with minimization of time and resources. It is proposed to introduce during the development of information systems and technologies of low intensity optical influence instrumental and program control of the installation of electrodes and transmitters on the body of a soldier or operator, which eliminates their erroneous placement over biologically active points, thus eliminating the possibility of unauthorized effects on these points. The method of studying the cognitive functions of a soldier by introducing into it the structure of the first and second portraits of cognitive functions is improved, which enables to evaluate cognitive functions before and after extreme conditions, as well as the introduction of an additional database for the accumulation of the obtained data on the status of the serviceman. Scope of the results of work - the project has a dual purpose: the main - military and additional - civilian.
