The purpose of the work is to increase the informativeness and authenticity of diagnosing of the automated multifunctional laser polarimetry system of human blood plasma films in pathological changes of the mammary glands by expanding the functional capabilities of the system supplemented by methods of polarization tomography in combination with a comprehensive analysis of the received images and their classification on the basis of fuzzy logic. New methods of diagnostics of mammary glands by detection of pathological changes on the basis of analysis of statistical and correlation characteristics of measured distributions of azimuths, ellipticities and phase shifts of polarization image of human plasma films, reproduced distributions of orientation-phase parameters of Muller and Johns matrixes of blood plasma films were proposed. The automated multifunctional system of laser polarimetry of blood plasma films, which implements the mentioned methods of polarization diagnostics of breast cancer, which allowed to increase the reliability of diagnostics by 3% -4% to 95.3% by introducing into it an automated decision support block based on the neural network type perceptron with a sensitivity of 93%; specificity 96.5% was developed. The information technology of decision-making support for the identification of fibroadenoma of mammary glands on the basis of coordinate distributions of reproduced orientation-phase parameters of blood plasma films with the use of neuro-fuzzy and discriminant analysis was proposed.
