The research subject are methods for the functionality extending, accuracy and speed increasing of signal processing using the analog-digital self-calibrating system. The aim is to create self-calibrating analog-to-digital (AD) systems for the signal conversion and processing of microelectronic optical and acoustic biomedical sensors. Analytical review of structural and circuit solutions and methods for self-calibration of the measuring AD-systems is carried out. Classification of structural circuit solutions and calibration methods of such systems is performed. The investigation of voltage and current amplifiers, buffer cascades and circuits switching signal converters of biomedical signals is done. Simulation and modeling of analog circuits is performed. Technical requirements for the parameters of analog and digital devices of the experimental self-calibrating AD-system are developed. A scheme for electrical and fundamental elements of the experimental self-calibrating AD-system is built. Algorithms and software for self-calibration and preliminary digital processing of signals of biomedical sensors and specialized software for the analysis of peripheral circulation of vessels and for acoustic intestinal research are developed. Complex researches of AD-system in clinical conditions have been carried out. The results of research can significantly reduce the cost and increase the reliability, speed and performance of devices for analog-to-digital convertion as well as the entire self-calibrating AD-system.
