The object of the study is the rivers and reservoirs of various geographical zones of Ukraine (the Desna river, mixed forest zone, the Latoritsa, mountainous area, the Psel river, the Vorskla River, forest steppe, the Tiligul river, the Tiligilsky estuary, steppe zone, the Baraboy River, southern steppe). The subject of the study is the hydroecological of the studied water bodies under anthropogenic pressure, including changes climate. The aim of the study is to determine changes in the hydroecological state of rivers and water bodies in Ukraine that are located in different geographic zones and are under anthropogenic impact, including climate change at the beginning of the XXI century. Research methods: statistical, balance, stochastic, electronic information, cartographic, graphoanalytical, methods of field measurements of hydrological and hydrochemical characteristics, methods of assessing water quality and indicators of the hydroecological state of the studied water bodies. Scientific novelty consists in revealing the tendencies of changes in hydrological, hydrochemical characteristics and water quality indicators of water objects of different geographic zones, assessing their hydroecological state at the beginning of the 21st century, when the impact of anthropogenic pressure is formed in the context of changes climate.
