Kharkov technikal university of construction and architecture popup.description2 Design features of water supply networks and sewer collectors, conditions and duration of their operation, normative base for designing were investigated. It is established that for today there is no unique system which, based on operational, structural and technical features of the networks, and also taking into account the resource potential of the service of operation, allows to make informed decisions about the choice of rational organizational and technological schemes of repair and restoration works. For this purpose, the basic principles of the system approach in the organization of a complex of solutions for prolongation of the operational resource of networks have been developed and substantiated. It is revealed that at present there is no clear and universal method for determining the categority of sewage network sites. Existing methods are complex and require special scientific and practical skills in different fields of knowledge, as well as high level of knowledge of specialized information technologies. The expert system created to determine the categority of sewer collector areas allows you to set the input parameters verbally, without resorting to complex mathematical and computer tools, with the use of a fuzzy logic device, which is quite effective in solving technical problems. A scientifically substantiated mechanism is proposed that allows reasonably to choose a method of restoration or repair of a sewer collector, orienting on most of the parameters of its functioning, which, in turn, determine the categority of the site, as well as taking into account the peculiarities of organizational and technological repair decisions. It is proved that the diversity of the parameters of the site and the set of characteristics of each of the repair methods is very difficult to reduce to an n-dimensional decision space, where n equals at least three, whereas it is advisable to obtain several alternative methods of repairing the sewer collector selected on the basis of constructive, technical and operational parameters of the network segment. The algorithmic model of the grounded choice of the method of repair and restoration of the sewer collector area, which takes into account most of its constructive, operational and other characteristics, is proposed. The software toolkit for implementation of the proposed algorithmic model was developed. The results of research will improve the quality of the preparation of design estimates for renovation of urban engineering infrastructures.
