Object of research: rats and mice, their individual organs, tissues and cells. The purpose of the work was to find out the role of aminoxidases in the development of pathological conditions with the phenomena of hyperactivation of these enzymes, the intensification of carbonyl-oxidative stress, and also in the study of the effects of aminoxidase's inhibitors on the development of these pathological conditions. Biochemical (chromatographic, spectrometric, fluorometric, centrifugation, etc.) and toxicometric methods of research were used. In vivo experiments in rats on the model of pulmonary fibrosis under the conditions of intracutaneous administration of the drug "Blomycin C" in the lung tissue, possible enzymatic pathways for the development of oxidative stress were identified and the overall content of the active carbonyl compounds and aminoxide activity increased: LOX, SSAO, DAO, PAO , therefore, the determination of the activity of the complex of aminoxidases is a promising biochemical test to predict the intensity of complications in the development of pulmonary fibrosis. Under conditions of transient Lewis carcinoma, a composition based on modified creatine monohydrate with a hypochlorite solution (optimized in vitro) was developed and it was shown that it acquires the properties of an aminoxidase inhibitor, including lysyloxidase. The results of the study confirm that the modified creatine drug is promising to reduce the activity of aminoxidases in the body, and, after additional research, may be involved in a comprehensive pharmacological program for the treatment of a number of diseases with LOX hyperactivity, including oncology.
