The purpose of the work is to substantiate, develop and implement modern pork production technologies using a promising gene pool of domestic and foreign origin and improve the system of breeding and breeding to the level of international standards. Research methods: technological (structural features of the equipment for maintenance and feeding), zootechnical (evaluation of productivity), physical and chemical (product quality), biochemical (physiological state of animals), zoo-hygienic (temperature, humidity and harmful air gases), economic efficiency of technological solutions. As a result of the research work substantiated a fundamentally new concept and developed intensive-technological solutions for the production of pig products, taking into account modern requirements for the technological process. It has been proved that individual maintenance of single and sow sows in machines helps to increase the fertility, multiplicity, number and weight of piglets when weaning in comparison with the animals of the group method of retention. The reliable influence of design features of the machine for the individual maintenance of the unoccupied and captive sows on the indicators of reproductive qualities is established. The developed technological solutions in the conditions of industrial technology of pork production for reproduction, grooming and fattening shops contribute to the economic effect.
