The aim of work is development of recommendations in relation to achieving of social organizations and institutes in the field of decentralization of power in Ukraine, becoming of organs of local self-government and legal European institutes on state and regional levels. Research methods: idealization, formalization, analysis of the systems, design, analysis and synthesis, deductions and inductions, generalizations, structural-functional method.
