Novelty is conceptual model of management of balanced development of the national economy; conceptual framework of the management of balanced development of the national economy has been improved, particularly it has been offered to consider a definition of "balanced development of the national economy" in the short-term and long-term sections; institutional and functional provision of the management of a balanced development of Ukraine by consolidating the areas of competence of public authorities on levels and forms of governance has been arranged; principles of informational and analytical maintenance of the national economy have been deepened; scientific and theoretical approaches to defining the criteria a balanced, integrated and competitive development of the national economy has been developed; instrumentarium of forecasting of institutional sectors of the national economy development has been developed and a program of macroeconomic stabilization has been offered; organizational and methodological approaches to adjustment of directions of using the external financial resources has been deepened; а conceptual model of the human resources management, possible ways to diversify funding educational training and realize the potential of staff, use reasonable prediction as a tool for balancing the supply and demand of labor. It has been implemented into the work of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Department of Financial Policy of Secretariat of the CMU, Ternopil City Council, Ternopil Regional State Administration and educational process of Ternopil National Economic University.
