The aim of work is development of теоретико-методологічних and practical recommendations in relation to perfection of management bank activity in Ukraine during realization of structural reformation of socio-economic sphere. Research methods is a method of grouping, comparison and generalization of economic indicators, method of system evaluation, method of analysis and synthesis, method of grouping, comparison and economic indicators, abstractly-logical method. As a result of the executed research theoretical bases and reasonable practical recommendations will be worked out in relation to perfection of management bank activity in Ukraine during realization of structural reformation of socio-economic sphere, namely: suggestions in relation to perfection of management the banking system on a macrolevel (legislative block, normatively-legal providing) so on a microlevel ( a corporate management is in banks); recommendations are in relation to development of mortgage services at the market; instruments of optimization of resource base of banks are from the point of view of cost, volumes and terms of bringing in; directions of modernisation of marketing activity of banks are at the market of bank services; strategy and tactics of management of banks a property asset; suggestions are in relation to perfection of regulator politics of the state in a bank sector; recommendations are in relation to expansion of investment activity.
