In addition, uncontrolled rape and sunflower growing is a major threat to Chernozem Ukraine. Farmers, taking advantage of the lack of a normative legal framework for soil quality conservation, as is the case in civilized countries, essentially destroy the unique biochemical system of soil formation, which was formed hundreds of thousands of years. The novelty of the work is that from the chemical production waste it is proposed to obtain a new ecologically safe fertilizer, the application of which will contribute to the processes of soil formation, which will promote the preservation of soil fertility. The development of technological foundations and equipment for obtaining mineral-humic fertilizers directed from domestic raw materials will contribute to the solution of the important national economic task - preservation and restoration of soil fertility.
