The purpose of the work is to automate the process of recording and processing information on violations in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods - experimental operation of a software product that has been developed; analysis of the results; development of an improved version of the database structure of special mathematical and software and conducting its testing. When developing special mathematical and software, the principles of the theory of building relational databases and regression analysis were used. During the assessment of the quality of the developed special mathematical and software, the quality of the initial data, the method of correlation analysis was used. The conducted studies allowed creating special mathematical and software ensuring the assessment of the level of law and order in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine during their daily activities in peacetime and in a special period. The developed software product is universal and can be used for automation of other management processes.
