The purpose of the research: the creation of the newest concept of the use of nutrients in the processes of controlled nutrition of animals. Research methods: for deep analysis of the complex vegetative reactions of the organism to the influence of alimentary factors, it is envisaged to use, along with general scientific, a number of research methods, in particular zootechnical (study of indicators of productivity of animals), physiological (staging of experiments on the study of digestibility of nutrients, balance of nutritional elements), hematological (biochemical and morphological parameters of blood), biophysical (study of separate indicators of product quality and blood parameters), statistical. As a result of the research the new concept of the use of nutrients in the processes of controlled nutrition of animals is substantiated, the model of synergistic interactions between nutrients is substantiated. The experimental part of the work is aimed at optimization of individual parameters of feeding various animals, in particular, the study of growth, digestibility of nutrients of feed and meat productivity of quail at different levels of lysine, species and forms of acidifiers in feed; substantiation of effective levels and ways of receipt of lysine and methionine to the body of calf milks; the establishment of links between the feeding of bulls and their sperm production, biochemical and hormonal status; determination of the effectiveness of feeding young geese on different levels of energy and lysine in feed. The scientific concept created on the basis of theoretical and experimental research allows to explain the biological nature of the mechanisms of nutrition for the realization of vital functions of the organism and to increase the efficiency of the use of nutrients of feed.
