The purpose of the research: To improve the diagnosis of traumatic injuries and dysplastic diseases of joints in children and adults through the integrated application of radiotherapy methods. The object of the study is traumatic damage to the elbow, abdominal and ankle joints in children and knee in adults; dysplastic diseases of the hip joint. The subject of the study is the radiological signs of traumatic injuries and dysplastic diseases of the joints. Methods of research: Clinical and laboratory research, radiological methods: X-ray, X-ray diffraction, X-ray diffusion, computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, mathematical modeling of pathological states of joints for substantiation of radiation traumatic changes in the age aspect. On the basis of the analysis of literary sources, the need to develop and implement new effective methods for diagnosing traumatic injuries and dysplastic joints diseases in the age-old aspect has been recognized. The use of advanced and developed methods of radiation diagnosis of patients with traumatic injuries and dysplastic joints in the age aspect will facilitate their timely diagnosis and improvement of early and long-term results of treatment, faster recovery and return of patients to normal lifestyle.
