The general fundamental problem, the solution of which is aimed at the GDR - the creation of a methodology for the organization of intellectual information learning environments, which are based on the principles of taking into account the cognitive-creative features of man. Object of research - the newest methodology of organization of the infrastructure of the information environment for the management of cognitive and psychomotor activity of a person. Subject of research - adaptive information technologies of individualization and differentiation of preparation of students of higher educational institutions of physical culture. Methods of research: 1. Content analysis of scientific and methodological literature. 2. Pedagogical observation, testing and experiment. 3. Psychophysiological research methods for determining the individual-typological properties of higher nervous activity, sensomotor reactions of a person, the state of basic psychological characteristics: perception, attention, memory, thinking with the help of developed computer programs. 4. Information-simulation modeling of motor processes. 5. Biomechanical analysis of motor activity 5. Medical and biological methods. 6. Methods of mathematical-statistical analysis and modeling using correlation, factor, cluster, discriminant, multidimensional linear and non-linear regression analysis. Results A complex of computer programs for the organization of the informational environment of the work of a specialist in physical culture, concerning the fixation of student assessments; organization of the informational environment of studying in the disciplines of the Department of Informatics and Biomechanics, which includes the scientific substantiation of the use of distance courses; programs for detecting cognitive and intellectual abilities of a person; creation of organizational and informational environment for mastering technical and tactical elements in basketball; creation of the informational environment testing the level of knowledge of students from the disciplines of the information profile, built on the principle of taking into account the cognitive-creative personality characteristics in the framework of student's research work. The modern information technologies for constructing anthropometric model of a human body and modeling the implementation of technical elements by athletes from different sports are presented; the useful model "The method of constructing an anthropometric model of the structure of a human body for the diagnosis and control of physical development and physical fitness", which has a patent and registered State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine. The scientific and methodological support of the training process of rugby players by means of information technologies was substantiated, the computer training program "Rugby-13" was developed and experimentally implemented in the training process.
