Derivatives of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and phthalimidine were obtained. For the 3,4-dihydroquinazolin-4-one derivatives, the IC50 value for anti-aggregation activity was established. For the previously synthesized representatives of a number of 2-piperazinyl-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-4-one, the affinity to fibrinogen receptors has been studied.
