Aim of the investigation - creation of complex antibacterial preparations for tear substituted therapy. Investigation of lysozyme interaction with polymers of natural and synthesis origin allowed to select the optimal composition of eye drops. For stabilization of lysozyme were selected dextran and (hydroxypropyl)methyl cellulose, with mass ratio in preparation, equal 1:78, which according to its rheological characteristics, corresponds to human's tear liquid (1,1 mm2/s). It was shown the total preservation of hydrolytic activity of lysozyme in preparation; physico-chemical properties of enzyme were determined, close to that of free enzyme. Density indices of developed drops equal 0.996±0.03 g/cm3, osmolarity - 298±2 mOsm/dm3 and are in the normal range of human's tear liquid. It was shown, that instillation of eye drops "artificial tear with lysozyme" during the treatment of traumatic keratitis of rabbits cornea, makes anti-inflammatory and regenerative action, helps the more rapid liquidation of inflammation and acceleration of epithelization process, comparing with control.5481 Product Description popup.authors Декіна С.
