Bogatsky, Physico-Chemical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Object of investigation - polymeric materials with complex proteolytic activity. Aim of investigation - creation of biologically active polymeric composite materials. The working of experimental let of Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis ІМВ В-7465 protease allowed to obtain complex enzymatic preparation with fibrinolytic /collagenase and elastolytic activities. Investigation pf pH and temperature of reaction medium influence on the mentioned types of activity had shown, that the enzyme belongs to alkaline proteases with thermooptimum of investigated substrates hydrolysis at 50°С. The developed methods of covalent immobilization Bacillus thuringiensis protease on modified cellulose derivatives allowed to obtain immobilized preparations with retaining of initial proteolytic activity on 2,3 % and 1,2 % respectively, for dialdehydecellulose and support, modified by p-benzoquinone. With usage noncovalent with developed matrice polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan (10:1) was obtained preparation with high retaining of general proteolytic activity (80 %), and also collagenase, elastolytic and fibrinolityc, which along antimicrobial, regenerative actions of matrice is prospective for wounds treatment and cleaning. The obtained filmic material is stable during the 9 months of storage at low temperatures.5481 Product Description popup.authors Декіна Світлана Сергіївна Романовська Ірина Ігорівна Севастьянов Олег Всеволодович Шестеренко Євгенія Аркадіївна Шестеренко Юлія Аркадіївна popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
