Method of investigations is based on the Boltzmann and Landau-Vlasov equations within the framework of the nonequalibrium statistical physics. The purpose is to study the viscosity, volume and isospin instabilities and statistical level density depending on the parameters of the equilibrium and external field for extremal temperatures and particle number densities. The main results: (1) the shear viscosity of the nucleon gas depends in the frequent collision regime on the particle number density; (2) the ratio of the shear viscosity to the entropy density above the critical point has a minimum in the temperature-density plane, - near the normal density value, - and this minimum is much smaller than the classical one; (3) the shear viscosity and absorption coefficient in the transition from the frequent to the rare collision regime changes sharply as depending on the equilibrium parameters and frequency of the external field, and the absorption coefficient has a maximum in good agreement with experimental data; (4) the anomal dispersion, dynamical perturbation of the Fermi surface and dissipative processes influence essentially on the evolution of the volume and isospin instability in nuclear matter; (5) the increament of increasing the volume instability depends much on temperature and multipolarity of the nucleon density; (6) the surface diffuse layer determines the deformation energy of the nuclear-matter droplet and fission barriers with taking into account the Coulomb interaction and isotopic symmetry, and on the statistical level density and multifragmentation in nuclear reactions. Our results can be applied in the BITP NAS of Ukraine, CERN of Switzerland and JINR of Russia.
