The calculations were made for both long tunnel contacts and for long contacts with small values of electrical resistances and capacities, which is typical for contact with a barrier of normal metals and hybrid barriers. The developed model analyzes in detail the mechanism of occurrence of zero field steps and the coherent emission of contacts in contacts and packs of two contacts of low temperature superconductors. The model calculation for the two contacts of such a system in the package showed that there is a zero-field step on the volt-ampere characteristics, which corresponds to the coherent mode of electromagnetic oscillations. It is shown that on this step it is possible to synchronize radiation. The formation of steps of a zero field on the volt - ampere characteristic in a system with two contacts is analyzed. The studies of the influence of microwave radiation at frequencies of 11 and 18 GHz and different power levels (weakening the level of the microwave signal to 45 dB) on the characteristics of the current-voltage characteristics of the MoRe-Si (W) -MoRe heterostructures were carried out. It is established that under the influence of the microwave signal on the VAC heterostructures there are steps of the current. The appearance of these steps and their position can be explained by the appearance of phase-slip centers in the superconducting electrodes of the MoRe-Si (W) -MoRe heterostructures.
