Novelty of the research The scientific novelty of the project consists in the multifaceted analysis of humanitarian risks under the conditions of the annexed AR of Crimea and armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. While carrying out the project, we have, in particular, revealed the preconditions for dehumanizing social relations in Donetsk area; specifics of ideologemes and staff policy of governing groups in the region in the field of humanitarian policy. We have determined that politicization of modern national relations in Donetsk and Luhansk regions manifests itself in promulgating fake identities and forcing assimilation processes in the occupied territories. It is proved that the Ukrainian linguistic and cultural space has been intensely ruined in Crimea and Donetsk area ever since the post-war years. The research has also covered interaction of cultural and educational processes in the context of ethnocultural development of Crimean ethnic communities during the period of Ukraine's independence and under the annexation of the peninsula. The research has considered the activity of state agencies, community organizations, national and cultural communities for solving educational problems of the AR of Crimea. It has proved that during the years of Ukraine's independence, neither Crimea nor Donetsk area have formed strong pro-Ukrainian electorate able to defend state sovereignty. Administrative, media, and visionary-ideological means for implementing the "Russian World" ideology among the population of the occupied territories are analyzed. Considering the conduct of information war by Russia, we have defined priority directions of comprehending the situation in the Ukrainian studies context as the factor for information security of Ukraine.
