Objective - to develop new and improve the existing methods of endovascular treatment of the brain's complex brain using assistive techniques. Summarize the results of the study and develop recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of endovascular treatment of patients with brain augmentation of a complex structure using assistive techniques. Methods of research - standard survey, analysis of physical data and neurological status, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), cerebral angiography. The obtained results - the results of treatment of patients with brain AA of a complex structure with the help of assistive techniques were selected and analyzed, which made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of these techniques. The postoperative results of AA shutdown, and the results of control examinations (conducted from 3 months to 3 years) in 68.3% of cases were analyzed. Thanks to the use of assistive technology, it was possible to achieve complete disabling of the brain's complex brain in 105 (52%) cases. The best results of primary occlusion were obtained using the balloon-method technique - 57.3% of disabled Type I aneurysms on the Raymond-Roy scale, with the use of protective stents - 46.5%. During the follow-up examination, 37.7% to 71% of patients, that is, 33.3%, while using the support balloon, the increase is only 5%. Recanalization of aneurysms was noted in 23 patients: with balloon-aspiration, recanalization of an aneurysm was observed in 13 cases (12.6%), 10 (10.1%) cases with the use of protective stents. In 22 (10.9%) cases with the assisting technique, intraoperative complications were noted: in 17 cases (8.4%) cases were ischemic, in 5 (2.5%) - hemorrhagic. The method of protecting cerebral arteries in endovascular interventions in patients with blister aneurysms of the brain was developed and introduced (patent of Ukraine on the useful model "Method of endovascular treatment of patients with arterial brain aneurysms of blister form", application No. u201608273 dated July 27, 2016. Published 10.05. 2017 bulletin No. 9.), which provides for the simultaneous use of a protective stent and an assistance balloon when these aneurysms are turned off. Efficiency: The efficiency of treatment of patients with brain AA of a complex angiographic structure is increased. Product Description popup.authors Алькашкин Іяд Ісхак Анін Є.О. Бортник І.М.
