A numerical simulation of the optical properties of nanocomposite films was carried out for the first time. The fractional Talbot effect and the Talbot focusing with binary phase lattice are experimentally obtained. Factional Talbot planes with a focusing effect and good signal-to-noise ratio was found. The theoretical approach of calculation of the optical properties of nanocomposites and nanocomposite thin films has been improved. A method for searching optimal technological conditions to obtaining nanocomposite films with specified properties is proposed. The effect of antiviral therapy of complex Au-SiO2 nanoparticles drug has been demonstrated experimentally. The effect of antyviral activity of nanoparticles drug was explained on the base of local field distribution in the adenovirus-complex nanoparticle system. The temperature and frequency dependences of the conductivity of low-dimensional nanostructures obtained on the base of a new technique for modifying the electrophysical properties of germanium by high-energy proton irradiation are studied. The mechanisms of conductivity in such structures are established. Changes in the resistance of silicon under irradiation of the high energy protons are investigated and it is established that its changes are caused by the appearance of two modified layers with different properties.
