New ecologically grounded approaches to increasing of plant resistance to abiotic and biotic stressors are proposed. The peculiarities of the formation of the allelopathic regime under the soilsickness are analyzed and new cost-effective and environmentally safe approaches for its optimization are proposed. The allelopathic activity and tolerance of newly introduced fruit and aromatic plants were evaluated. The regularities of synergism and antagonism of phenolic acids on the indices of plant growth and development were studied. The combined effect of phenolic acids and natural silicon-containing minerals on the phytotoxicity and redox potential of the substrate, as well as on the functional state of acceptor plants was investigated.
