On the basis of researches, technological maps have been developed and the norms of costs for cultivating grain crops for different technologies have been determined. The economic analysis was carried out and the economic efficiency of growing of grain crops for various technologies was calculated. Improved organizational and economic mechanism of managing variable costs of production resources for different technologies of growing crops. The methodical principles of forming an organizational and economic mechanism of managing variable costs of productive resources for various technologies of cultivating grain crops, which will improve the organization of the use of resources, which can significantly reduce (up to 8-10%) the cost of labor, fuel and lubricants, fertilizers and plant protection products. It is determined that the main components of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing variable costs of production resources for different technologies of growing of grain crops are: regulated normative acts of state bodies, economic norms, variable cost management system, factors of influence on the management process, aspects of cost management, cost management tools, formation of the estimated reserves of risks of the cost management system, the system of mobilization of reserves for improving the efficiency of the enterprises.
