PLASMA, DENSE PLASMA, PULSED DISCHARGE IN WATER, THE LIFETIME OF THE ELECTRON, THE ELECTRON DENSITY, PLASMA TEMPERATURE, DEGREE NEIDEALNOSTI PLASMA HIGH-FREQUENCY DISCHARGE, REACTIVE PLASMA, PLASMA-CHEMICAL REACTORS, RADIATION SPECTRA, MASS SPECTRA, ION ENERGY, THE VOLTAGE AVTOZMISCHENNYA, ELECTRIC FIELD, MAGNETIC FIELD, MAGNETIC FIELD, ELECTRICAL DISCHARGES IN PAIRS METALS, ELECTRON BEAM EVAPORATORS, CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DISCHARGE, TURBULENT PLASMA WAVES LENHMYURIVSKI, PLASMA LENS, A BEAM OF ELECTRONS, DRIFT EVERYTHING. The object of the study is the plasma arc and high-frequency discharges of low and high pressures in metal vapors, carbonaceous gases and in a condensed medium. The purpose of the work is the experimental and theoretical investigations of the properties of low-temperature plasma in metal vapors, chemically neutral and chemically active plasma, dense plasma, charged plasma beams that can be found and used to apply protective coatings in various industries, science and technology, for plasmachemical treatment of various materials , physical spraying and cleaning of materials for mioelectronics, defense industry and others. Methods of investigation are atomic-molecular spectroscopy of plasma radiation, mass spectrometry of plasma, probe studies, and multistage analyzers of charged particle energy distribution functions, electrophysical methods of investigation, theoretical modeling of physical processes in plasma, processing and analysis of the results. The first section presents the results of an experimental determination of the average lifetime of electrons (ions) of nonideal plasma (NP) impulse discharges in water. It was shown that the lifetime of particle charging in the state of emergency, practically does not change over time. Their values ??lie about 10-5 s and vary for different discharges from 5? 10-6 s to 3? 10-5 s with changes in plasma discharge parameters. At the same time, the concentration of electrons varies in the range 1015 - 1022 cm-3, and their temperature varies from 7? 103 K to 64? 103 K. The explanation for this phenomenon can be the "unrealization of levels" in the spectra of radiation (absorption), as well as through their strong Extensions in large electric microfields of nonideal plasma, which are close to intraatomic quantities in magnitude. A comparison was made with theoretical calculations of the lifetime of charged particles, made by various authors. The results of the work can be used for the calculation of power high-voltage switching and unplugging devices, as well as for the calculation and design of rocket engines with gas-phase nuclear reactors and gas-phase nuclear reactors themselves. The second section of the report is devoted to the study of the parameters and chemical composition of the chemically active and neutral plasma, which is formed at high frequency discharges in crossed controls of magnetic fields. The research was carried out by methods of optical spectroscopy in the range of the spectrum of 220 - 800 nm, mass spectrometric methods in the range of masses Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
