The aim of study is to research the peculiarities of the formation of metagenome and phylotypical structure of the prokaryotic complexes of typical chernozem in the agrocentoses of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine under the different farming systems using molecular-biological methods of analysis. Methods of research - field; laboratory: agrochemical, microbiological, molecular-biological, comparative-estimating and statistical. Was obtained the new fundamental knowledge about the peculiarities of the formation of metagenome and the structure of prokaryotic complexes of typical chernozem in agrocoenoses of winter wheat under different farming systems on the basis of highly productive pyrosequencing. The number of analyzed nucleotide sequences in samples of soil of winter wheat agrocenosis varied from 2941 for a biological system with differentiated tillage to 3792 for ecological system with surface tillage. In total were detected the 1708 OTUs, that corresponding to 335 prokaryotic taxa, of which 67% were identified at the family level and 33% were at genus level. It was established that the structure of the prokaryotic metagenome of typical chernozem of winter wheat agrocenosis included representatives of 2 archean and 22 bacterial phylums. The absolute dominants belonged to the phylums of Proteobacteria - 79,6% and Actinobacteria - 12,9% (representatives of the genus Achromobacter and Pseudomonas). The influence of farming systems on the structure of the prokaryotic taxon representation is pronounced in changing the ratio of the major bacterial taxa at the family level. The genetic polymorphism of the functionally significant dominant taxa of the prokaryotic metagenome of typical chernozem was shown.
