The purpose of the work is to assess the liveliness of the lime stands in Kyiv and investigate the stability of the preservation of phenotypic features of potentially resistant linden specimens selected during 2012-2013. Research methods - field, laboratory, statistical. The analysis of variability morphometric indices leaves of five species of the genus Tilia L. It was established that the variability of the content chlorophylls and carotenoids in leaves of plants Tilia L. family is due not only to environmental factors, but also determined by species-specific and individual peculiarities of plant organisms. Specific differences were also found in the processes of accumulation of phenolic compounds including flavonoids. It has been determined that the synthesis of phenols is more active at the beginning of vegetation and depends on the level of man-made load. The dynamics of synthesis and accumulation of plastidic pigments and phenolic compounds has a reverse dependence, which is associated with the protective and regulatory functions of phenols in the stages of active growth of plants. It was shown that an increase of 2.0-2.1 times the content of phenolic compounds with antioxidant properties in the leaves occurred on the background of partial chlorosis and necrotic lesions. It was established that the area of leaves of the investigated plants had the closest ties with the width of the leaf blade (r = 0.98). It was revealed that in the conditions of motor pollution pollution of plants T. platyphyllos, T. x europea, T. tomentosa, T. begoniifolia increases the ratio of the perimeter of the leaf blade to the square root of its area. It was determined that in the conditions of urban plantings in leaves of plants of the genus Tilia, the content of phenolic compounds, in particular oxyricic acids and their conjugates, exhibiting antioxidant properties, is increased. According to the results of monitoring observations of the selected potentially resistant individuals of different types of lindens and the evaluation of their condition in a complex of phenotypic signs, it can be argued that the instability of their morphological characteristics of the leaf blade during the growing season is possible. Of the 48 trees that were selected as potentially stable, only 19 individuals are currently in satisfactory condition. Such a phenomenon can be explained by a set of causes, both anthropogenic and technogenic. Product Description popup.authors Лиханов Артур Федорович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
