Maximum number of protein was produced by the strain T21-2 of B.japonicum. While the new analytically selected strain AC88 of alfalfa nodule bacteria S.meliloti was cultivated in the conditions of phosphor deficit it produced large number of extracellular carbohydrate and low amount of protein, indicating the need for further research with the aim of using it as the component of the high effective bacterial preparations. As a result of screening of the Tn5 mutants (pSUP5011::Tn5mob) of nodule bacteria R.galegae, 12 bacterial cultures with improved symbiotic properties were selected. These bacteria can be used to form the effective symbiotic systems in galega plants.
