It was revealed that 87.8% of S. aureus cultures, which are isolated from diseased cows, produce DNA-azu in 95.6%, phosphatase in 90.2% and lecithinase in 18.5%. The optimal medium for primary isolation of Staphylococcus aureus is hemoagar with 5% blood of cattle and 5% sodium chloride. To confirm the affiliation of S. aureus culture to var. bovis it is necessary to reveal its ability to coagulate plasma of cattle. In order to effectively carry out anti-mastitis measures in farms, an annual study of antibioticograms against mastitis pathogens is necessary. Product Description popup.authors Перкій Ю.
