The influence of globular and fibrillary albumens on the electric and thermophysical processes at the action of electric current are explored using the soft tissue models. Dependences of the soft biological tissues impedance value and dispersion (total resistance) versus the electrode compression force and frequency has been plotted. A measuring unit has been developed for measuring the impedance of soft tissues during the process of running the electric current including the pauses of the pulse welding. A control unit has been fabricated for setting pulse frequency ranging from parts of hertz to kilohertz and duty cycle of welding current modulation ranging from 1 to 99%. The welding power source has been adjusted for working with the control unit. Original software has been developed for simulating the process of current running through tissues during welding at the ranging compression intensity, initial humidity and electrode relative dimensions. The influence of welding on the physic-biological processes has been analyzed using the original soft tissue models. An advanced myostimulator for pediatric use has been fabricated. It allows decreasing drastically power consumption while using on-board power sources.
