The goal of the first stage of the scientific project, which was carried out in 2017, was the development of technological equipment and the conduct of preliminary experimental studies on laser welding and cutting of flat samples from materials with shape memory effect. In carrying out the work of the first stage of the project in 2017, based on the analysis of the current state of scientific research work on the research topic, promising approaches to laser welding and cutting of flat samples of materials with shape memory effect were chosen. To conduct experiments on laser welding and cutting flat samples from materials with shape memory effect, appropriate laboratory stands and necessary technological equipment were created. With the help of these stands and equipment, technological features of laser welding and cutting of flat samples from materials with shape memory effect were investigated. The results of the first stage of the project made it possible to determine the ranges of values ??in which it is advisable to optimize the parameters of the laser processing regimes and will later be used in the development of laser welding and cutting techniques for superelastic shape memory materials in the manufacture of aortic valve frames that should be widely implemented in medical practice Ukraine, which will contribute to obtaining a significant socio-economic effect from the substantial import substitution of this product.
