The influence of nanostructuring on structure, morphology and optical properties of the obtained materials were studied. On the basis of the conducted studies it was shown that the structure of the resulting hybrid perovskites is determined by the nature of the halide anion and varies from tetragonal to cubic in the transition from iodine to bromine. The research of the received hybrid perovskites by the method of transmission electron spectroscopy showen that they consist of rather uniform particles of the form, the size of which ranges from 30 to 70 nm. The presence on the electronogram of a large number of point reflexes indicates a significant content of monocrystalline phase in them. It has been shown that the dispersion of hybrid perovskites in organic solvents in the presence of a small number of organic ligands contributes to the formation of stable colloidal solutions of nanoparticles of hybrid perovskites.
