Kyrdyumov Institute for Metall Physics of N.A.S. of Ukraine popup.description2 In the course of the work, a technique has been developed for the fabricete of multilayer heterostructures including superconducting films of lead, tin, and superconducting films of a refractory MoRe alloy has been developed. Multilayer heterostructures with long Josephson junctions (LJJ) were fabricated based on these materials and their basic I-V curve were studied. The development of a numerical method for solving the sine-Gordon equation and a theoretical study of the dependence of the dynamics of vortices on the LJJ on the edge injection of current and the simulation of the dynamics of vortices are carried out. It is established that the current injection in the LJJ affects the frequency of vortex generation and allows the realization of various modes of their motion. The change in the value of the current injection makes it possible to control the frequency, power, and spectral composition of the electromagnetic radiation with a LJJ. It is shown that the shape of the current-voltage characteristic of a LJJ is due to the regime of motion of Josephson vortices. The dynamics of Josephson vortices in contacts of the SNS type under the influence of edge current injection is studied for the first time. The possibility of controlling the current injection in the form of the current-voltage characteristics of the contacts and the nature of the vortex motion is established.
