Methods of investigation - immunoassay analysis, protein chromatography, microbiological, biochemical, methods of bioconjugation. At the reporting stage, work was carried out on the development and acquisition of biological components for the production of experimental test system samples: recombinant HIV-1 / HIV-2 antigen proteins containing the most immunogenic domains, highly specific monoclonal antibodies to p24 HIV-1 proteins and p26 HIV-2 - anti-p24 / p26 HIV-1 / HIV-2, biotinylated and peroxidase conjugates based on reduced recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies and synthetic polypeptides that are analogues of HIV-1 and HIV-2 antigens. Experimental samples of the test kit are designed in the "sandwich" format of the solid-phase immunoassay analysis. According to the results of primary studies, experimental samples of test systems on diagnostic characteristics have a sensitivity and specificity of 100% in the study of human serum samples that have been characterized.
