The aim of this work is to develop the theoretical basis of the study inclusion is a key aspect of laying the foundations of new quality of economic growth of Ukraine, taking into account the global Goals of sustainable development. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are the fundamentals of General economic theory, classical and modern growth theories of human development, scientific works of domestic and foreign scholars on the study inclusion and implementation of global sustainable development Goals to ensure a new quality of economic growth. The study was carried out on the basis of a systemic approach, systemic-structural analso induction and deduction. Findings - the theoretical basis for the study of inclusion as a key aspect of building the foundations of a new quality of economic growth of Ukraine taking into account global sustainable development Goals, which revealed the forms of inclusion in the global sustainable development that create the basis for a new quality of economic growth, contributing to the realization of untapped potential. Reasonable scope of activities and the global goal of sustainable development with the greatest potential inclusion and economic growth: a synthesis of inclusion and economic growth is at the intersection of two of the sustainable development Goals - Goal 8 defines the economic objectives and the Goal 5 identifies the key vector of inclusion because of the involvement of women and expanding their economic opportunities will allow to realize the untapped potential and to create conditions for a new quality of economic growth. Based on the analysis of framework conditions, national policies and global trends, growth point defined sector ICT, and the potential to increase inclusion, with the aim of achieving economic growth - the overcoming of gender gaps in the labour market. The interrelation of inclusion and global sustainable development Goals, which allowed to justify the ways of improving the process of monitoring the implementation of the adapted CSF for Ukraine and to develop recommendations for improving the monitoring system of this process in Ukraine. The necessity of updating the existing approaches and CSR principles, taking into account global trends - digitalization of the economy and business processes, the emergence of new forms of labour relations, technologies, the economy of collaborative consumption. Scientific novelty and results of the first phase of the work consist in the characterization of inclusion is a key aspect of laying the foundations of new quality of economic growth of Ukraine taking into account global sustainable development Goals and the development of a theoretical Foundation for further study of the implementation of the global Goals of sustainable development in Ukraine with the aim of creating conditions for inclusive growth. The implementation of the results of research carried out in the form of proposals, analytical materials, prepared for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, theoretical developments, which have been used in the teaching of discipline "Finance" the Department of Finance, KNEU named after Vadym Hetman.
