Karazin popup.description2 Research work - phase and structural transformations and electrokinetic phenomena in two-component nanosystems. Subject of study – features of phase transformations of melting-crystallization in layered film systems and morphological changes that occur during annealing of films. The values of supercooling during crystallization of layers of fusible metals in contact with more refractory substances are determined. It is established that the relative supercooling of Bi-Sn alloys in copper matrix almost does not change in the range of concentration of tin 5-80 wt. % The concentration dependence of the crystallization temperature of the Bi-Sn alloys repeats the course of the liquidus line. The effect of capillary motion of liquid eutectic particles over Ge surface has been found in the Au/Ge films, which is explained by metal-induced crystallization of amorphous germanium. It was established that the use of thin gold layers (mass thickness 0,2-0,3 nm) significantly reduces the temperature of crystallization of amorphous layers of germanium. The main results are obtained for the first time using modern methods of sample preparation and study their relevance due to both the need to understand the physics of the processes in low-dimensional systems and the use of nanodispersed objects in modern technologies.
