The outline of the compact satellite instrument МіРА_ер is developed, the distinguishing features of which are an application of a fast response scintillation detector based on the domestic p-terphenyl single crystal, which is insensitive to secondary bremsstrahlung; detection of particles from two opposite directions, that will allow us to study the degree of anisotropy of particle microbursts and the reason of their generation. The overall block-diagram of the device, principal electrical scheme of the analog signal processing board, the preliminary working drawings for the manufacture of individual mechanical parts and assemblies are developed. The main electrical and technical parameters of the device are determined, such as: angle of view of the telescopic system, geometric factor, sorts and energy ranges of charged particles, the number of energy channels for each type of particles, minimal time resolution of particle fluxes, external communicating interfaces with the spacecraft, speed of data exchanges, an informativity of the instrument, the volume of the scientific data output frame, period of the formation for information frame to be transmitted onto spacecraft information collection system. An electrical scheme of the analog signal processing module was developed, circuit tracks were traced and the location of components for manufacturing the printed circuit board has been implemented. The electrical characteristics of the spectrometric channels, such as the sensitivity of charge-sensitive preamplifiers, gains of shapers, dynamic ranges of channels, the duration of analog pulses at levels of 0.1 and 0.5 of maximal amplitudes, sampling and holding time of the storage device were determined.
