In this concern the world largest decameter wave radio telescope UTR-2 needs calibration, which will result in more precise cosmic source flux measurements. The calibration of radio telescope phased antenna array pointing system is a complex task and it will be done in ultrawideband frequency range, for many pointing directions and for signal paths of 2040 array elements of the radio telescope. The first stage of this work will be the refinement of the UTR-2 pointing system scheme and a survey of its previous characteristics measurements and calculations techniques. After completing the updated scheme of the radio telescope pointing system for calibration process a work on its mathematical model creation and its signal paths characteristics measurement campaign will start. All the work will result in radio ready-to-use telescope mathematical model and a calibration script for radio astronomical data obtained.
