A retrospective analysis of long-term data of Doppler HF monitoring of ionospheric irregularities on mid-latitudinal radio paths has been conducted. New systems of coherent multiposition Doppler sounding of the ionosphere were developed and tested. The possibilities of the joint use of multi-position Doppler HF sounding of the ionosphere and GNSS-monitoring are shown. The techniques for eliminating of instrumental errors of ionospheric delays in GNSS observations aimed in improving the accuracy of TEC modeling were upgraded.
