The possibilities of the joint use of multi-position Doppler HF sounding of the ionosphere and GNSS-monitoring are shown. The techniques for eliminating of instrumental errors of ionospheric delays in GNSS observations aimed in improving the accuracy of TEC modeling were upgraded.
