A., Registration Date 24-01-2018 Organization Social and Political Psychology Institute of Academy of Pedagogical Sciences popup.description2 We had analyzed the world experience in the field of media psychological research of the negative impact on the health of spectators from different categories (children and youth, internally displaced persons, veterans of war and participants of the ATO) in the modern media space, in particular, taking into account informational and psychological confrontation. The conceptual foundations of the further empirical research of destructive media influences in the conditions of cyber socialization (suicidal tendencies, mediatrauma of war, destruction of trust, social optimism, critical thinking, mechanisms of self-regulation) were determined. A number of hypotheses on psychological mechanisms of destructive and healing influence of media were offered. It was created a theoretical model for overcoming the psychological trauma of combatants using media psychology, a model of the social optimism as a coping strategy for media influences. The taxonomy of the media trauma, the implicit typology of the media trauma based on individual's media activity, the historical and psychological periodization of the research on suicidal media influence and the principle of audio-emotional self-regulation as the control of sound exposure, are proposed. There have been launched the strategy of intensive mass implementation of the cross-cutting model of media education and all-Ukrainian experiment on mass implementation of media education in pedagogical practice.
