The parameters for decreasing the content of humus and light hydrolyzed nitrogen are determined. The deterioration of agrophysical properties, increase of soil saturation by bases and decrease of acidity of soils are established. The method of estimation of quality change and means for reproduction of fertility of podzolized soils are proposed.
