The object of research is the social relations that arise in the system of raising the professional competence of civil servants in general and officials of the SFS of Ukraine in particular. The purpose of the study is to develop the administrative and legal framework for raising the level of professional competence of SFS officials. According to the results of the study, the use of new approaches in the system of training of civil servants in Ukraine has been identified and proposed, taking into account the evaluation of the results of the official activity in accordance with Art. 44 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" No. 889-VIII of 10.12.2015. The draft Regulation on the system of raising the level of professional competence of officials of SFS bodies was developed and amendments to the current normative and legal framework of Ukraine in the field of raising the level of professional competence of civil servants have been proposed, which will enable to ensure the full implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" dated December 10, 2015 No. 889-VIII. A draft of instructional and methodological materials for personnel of personnel units was developed in the conditions of implementation of the newest model of advanced training and formulated a draft of a standard professional training program for officials of SFS bodies. The results of research work are aimed at solving certain problematic issues of raising the level of professional competence of officials of SFS bodies of Ukraine, improvement of the legal basis for further improvement. A report on research work can be used in practical work when drafting normative acts and program documents of the State fiscal service of Ukraine.
